Returns & Exchanges

In order to qualify for a return or an exchange, you must write us at first and all orders must meet the following criteria:

  1. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  3. Returns and exchanges must include a copy of the order’s receipt.
  4. We only refund the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
  5. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  6. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

The following exceptions should be noted:

  • Sale or Items purchased on sale are returnable for store credit only.
  • Items discounted over 50% are not eligible for returns.
  • COLT Gear toys are not returnable for hygienic reasons.
  • Items purchased from other retail partners are not eligible for returns, credits or exchanges.*
  • COLT Collection apparel, COLT Mobile Phone Cases and some other items are not eligible for refunds or store credit, because these items are made to order.
  • Digital Downloads are not eligible for refunds or store credit - All sales are final.

Please allow 14–21 days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. Eligible refunds can only be credited to the card used for your original order. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Domestic Returns

If you wish to return or exchange items from your online order, we will provide you with a return label to facilitate the process. To request this label, please send an email to With the use of this label, each returned order is subject to a handling and processing fee of $9.95, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.

International Returns

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as COLT Studio Group is not responsible for items lost in transit.


If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you would like before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a refund.
